Are your candles made with soy wax?

Yes! All Scentury Forest candles are made with 100% soy wax, free of paraffin, phthalates, and other toxins. Our wax is clean-burning, eco-friendly, and sourced from U.S.-grown soybeans.
My candle top looks rough after burning. Is that normal?

Absolutely. Rough or uneven tops after a candle cools are a natural property of pure soy wax and a sign that it’s free from synthetic additives. It doesn’t affect performance or scent in any way—it’s just one of the many ways nature shows up in our products.
How strong is the scent? Will it fill my whole room?

Our 4 oz candles are best suited for small to medium-sized spaces, such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or cozy reading nooks. For larger rooms or open-concept areas, we suggest: Placing two candles in opposite corners of the space. Burning in smaller zones where you spend the most time.
How long should I burn my candle?

To get the best results, we recommend burning your candle for 2.5–4 hours at a time. This allows the wax to melt evenly across the surface, preventing tunneling and helping extend the life of your candle. For our 4 oz candles, you can expect approximately 20–25 hours of total burn time.
What safety tips should I follow?

Your safety matters to us. Please keep these tips in mind: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Burn candles on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, pets, and children. Never leave a candle unattended. Stop use when 1/4 inch of wax remains to avoid overheating the container. Keep the lid nearby for easy extinguishing and to preserve scent between burns.
Do you support any environmental causes?

Yes! We donate to the National Forest Foundation to support tree-planting efforts across the United States. Nature gives us so much—this is one way we give back.
Are your scents available year-round?

Some are! Our core collection is available all year long. However, we also offer seasonal scents—inspired by autumn forests and snowy mornings—that are only available in limited batches. Once they're gone, they may not return until next year (if at all), so be sure to grab them while you can!
Can I reuse the candle tins?

Definitely! Once your candle is finished, gently scrape out any remaining wax, then wipe the inside of the tin with a cloth and rubbing alcohol to remove residue. The cleaned tins are great for storing small items like matches, hair ties, or travel essentials.
